You may have heard of “Third Wave” coffee culture… welcome to the Fourth wave. The Third Wave coffee movement emphasized coffee quality and precise bean measurement over generic grocery store coffee. However, that movement began over 20 years ago – and while the movement was important and brought us to where we are today, we’re moving on: The Fourth Wave: specialty flavored drinks.

At Coffee Republic, we’re taking it to another level – combining the care for quality of the Third Wave with the desire for uniqueness and creativity of this new Fourth Wave. Whether you’re in for a seriously good espresso, or an iced sweet treat, there is something for everyone!

We embark on a global quest to source the best coffee beans, ensuring that each cup tells a story of diverse flavors and unique aromas. Our dedication to excellence takes root.

2005

The in-house roasting tradition begins. We take control of the roasting process, bringing out the full potential of each bean and setting a new standard for coffee richness.

2008

Our skilled baristas undergo extensive training, merging traditional techniques with modern brewing methods. This marks a pivotal moment as we strive to craft the perfect cup of coffee for every customer.

2010

Coffee Republic becomes more than a coffee destination; it transforms into a warm and inviting space. The ambiance is carefully curated to create an atmosphere where people can relax, connect, and savor the moment.

2012
